Monterey Bay Area Green Business Program
Businesses are an important part of our community. They strengthen our economy by providing jobs and services that are essential for life on the Central Coast. Many businesses in the Monterey Bay Area strive to be environmentally responsible by reducing waste and using less toxic alternatives to traditionally used chemicals. The Monterey Bay Area Green Business Program assist businesses to go above and beyond environmental compliance by providing free technical assistance about environmental issues, and then recognizes and promotes their efforts to the community.
