Amelia brings extensive experience in developing and implementing public sector energy efficiency programs to the Ecology Action team. Previously, she worked for QuEST, Inc., as a sustainability consultant to local governments and a program manager for the firm’s third party energy efficiency program contracts with PG&E. She was lead program manager of the Municipal Implementation Team (MIT) which provides audit, incentive, and technical services to public agencies in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Amelia currently works under Ecology Action’s Business Development team to support the research, design, and development of new energy efficiency programs. Amelia holds an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy Planning from Tufts University, and a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
