Ken has founded, managed and sold several manufacturing and retail companies including two publicly traded companies. As an organizational development consultant for the last 25 years, Ken has worked with numerous organizations to improve performance through improving clarity and helping team members develop data which supports productive conversations to build business literacy, resulting in aligned teams and effective allocation of resources.
