Scott Farmer provides exceptional leadership and management for Ecology Action’s Energy Team. He acts as Vice President of Program Management for Ecology Action’s innovative direct-install Energy programs. In this role, Scott oversees client engagement, managing multiple sub-contractors, and is responsible for seeing projects through to implementation. Scott brings extensive experience managing complex projects involving emerging technologies, prevailing wage compliance, and multiple funding sources including CEC, CPUC and federal EECBG grant funds. A Certified Green Building Professional, Scott holds a B.S. in Regenerative Planning and Design from Humboldt State University with a minor in Appropriate Technology.
