San Jose Unified School District

EnergyConnect works in partnership with San Jose Unified School District(SJUSD) to identify long-term efficiency opportunities at 41 schools across the Southern Bay Area. A comprehensive measure set embracing lighting retrofits, facility controls and solar, have helped SJUSD achieve significant energy savings over the last 3 years.

Our partnership with SJUSD kicked off with an analysis of portfolio energy usage which naturally lead to the design of an energy efficiency plan specific to their school facility energy usage patterns, needs and projected growth. EnergyConnect has since then, overseen every aspect of the upgrade process; managing installations, training staff; acting as a trusted advisor to bring SJUSD’s efficiency vision to life.
